When God Blesses You, People Will Stand Amazed And Shut Up

When God blesses you, people will stand amazed and SHUT UP!

No where in the Bible will we ever find that God promises His children that life would be a bed of roses. We are constantly reminded directly and indirectly though, that God will be with us through good times and bad. All of us face trials, tribulations and hardships. All of us know about how it feels to have people GOSSIP about us and spread lies especially when they don't know the truth.

I've been through that experience many times in my life and I made it. I've been through HELL on EARTH several times and with God's GRACE and CONSTANT provision I survived and continue to survive. Thus, I want to offer you this reassurance. No trial that you are currently going through will last FOREVER. One day soon, it will come to an END, especially if you learn from your mistakes and do things DIFFERENTLY. Once you continue to trust God, pray, read your Bible and keep the faith, SOONER, rather than later, you will come out triumphant and TREMENDOUSLY BLESSED!

Actually, when God blesses you, the very same people who were gossiping about you and spreading their lies about you, will stand amazed and SHUT UP!

It was the very same thing with a great Bible character named Job. He was a man after God's own heart and trial struck. Severe trial. Job lost EVERYTHING. His family, his animals and his wealth. To make matters worst, instead of the wife whom he had loved and supported all his life stick by her man and encourage and support him, her advice to her husband Job was to CURSE GOD AND DIE. Job 2:9 Then his wife said to him, "Do you still hold fast your integrity? Curse God, and die."

This is probably one of the reasons I'm still carefully praying and searching for a life partner. I honestly prefer to stay SINGLE than to marry a lady who puts on a SHOW but has no real inner strength and faith in God when life trials come. As an anointed Man of God, I would need a gem who would not just dress up and fulfill our sexual desires, but she must also be able to feed my soul with the GOSPEL and ENCOURAGEMENT and SUPPORT at times as I do the same for her. Please help me pray too. Thanks in advance. (sweeteye)

We must never rush into LOVE and MARRIAGE or we'll REGRET it. This thing called LOVE and MARRIAGE is serious business. Pray, date, meet people, and "TRY," just "TRY" to get into their hearts and find out the type of person they are and put them in God's hands and ask him to bless the relationship. Without God in your relationship, nothing will ever work out.

Let's get back to our devotional. Job doesn't heed his wife's negative instructions but decides that come what may, he will remain faithful and true to his God even though the severe trials at times causes him to question Him.

To cut a long story short, God didn't forget his humble and faithful servant Job. In Job 42:12, God turns things around and shuts up all his gossipers and haters. Job 42:12 And the LORD blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; and he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses.

God blessed Job with DOUBLE. He gave him fairer daughters and a fresh national, regional and global respect. Everyone was talking about the wise servant of God who HAD IT ALL, LOST IT ALL AND GAINED IT ALL IN DOUBLE PORTION AGAIN.

Friend, the very same thing can and will happen to you too once you DO NOT lose faith. God will turn things around for you very, very, very soon. When he does, when God blesses you, people will stand amazed and SHUT UP!

Don't give up! Hope is definitely ahead for you! Just continue to HOLD ON.

Help Is On The Way

For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. (Isaiah 41:13 KJV)

Help is Coming! Help is Coming!

The story is told of a group of children who were trapped in a burning house. They had no where to turn. They couldn't fit through any of the windows. The fire was rushing in through the last and only exit door. They had run from room to room as the fire moved rapidly throughout the property. In the middle of the night, loud sounding cries could barely be heard above the crackling fire as the children screamed.

The two year old brother had already fainted due to smoke inhalation, but the twelve year old held him in his arms. Mommy was a single mother and she had to work throughout the night in order to make ends meet. Little Angela who was looking through the window in HOPE, starting jumping and screaming in JOY as she shouted. Help is on the Way! Help is on the Way!

Very soon, courageous fire fighters saved the entire family trio with just a few minor burns and smoke inhalation problems.

You may not be in a burning house trying to escape a fire right now, but you are probably in a trying situation and need some URGENT HELP. Friend, relax, cool down, HELP is on the Way!

Why can I say this? I believe deep within my spirit, that God has heard your cries and your prayers and he has seen your penitent spirit and HOPEFUL heart and he is coming to your rescue sooner than you think. Actually, he promises to HELP in his word!

Fear Not - Believe Only

But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole. (Luke 8:50 KJV)

Why Fear?

Fear can cripple a positive mindset if you allow it to. The story is told of a young entrepreneur who ventured into the world of business in his early twenties. Things were going perfectly well. He was building a large clientele, he was building his savings, he was able to now drive his own car and he had gotten approval to start building his own home.

Sadly, during the prime of his youth, as he was meeting with success, he made an unwise decision to hang with the wrong crowd when he wasn't occupied with his business. While 'liming' one night, a bullet shot and killed the gentleman who was right next to him and the young entrepreneur fainted. When he was brought back to himself, he never recovered from that state of shock and fear, and never functioned well for the rest of his life, thus business closure was the only option.

We choose whether we want fear to cripple us or not. All of us are bound to go through trying situations in life. Health. Family. Relationships. Employment. Business. Financial. You name it. Some will bring much pain and hurt and depression. Others will teach us life long lessons. What we must do though, is to ensure that amidst them all, we must choose to remain HOPEFUL and stay BELIEVING that things will be better and God is well able to deliver.

The passage under review today tells of Jairus, a ruler of the synagogue who has a sick daughter. He quickly rushes to find Jesus to explain the situation. While out with the master, he receives word from one of his employees that his daughter is dead and he need not disturb the Master anymore. Jesus heard the talk and utters some powerful words Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole. (Luke 8:50 KJV)

Bible history tells us that Jesus only spoke two words and things were back to normal again - the girl was brought back to life.

I, like you, want things to grow normal again. My situation may not be yours, but the fact is we ALL are facing challenges. We all have situations that need urgent attention. I have promised myself to try not to worry and fear, but BELIEVE ONLY. It is when I'm in that spirit of faith, the Master is prepared to speak a few words over my situation and change it instantly.

Please join me and develop that type of spirit too.

FEAR NOT Friend - Only Believe. Hope is Ahead.

Until We All Repent, The Shootings and Killings Will Not Stop

Until We All Repent, The Shootings and Killings Will Not Stop!

This weekend in the The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis was one of BULLETS resulting in several wounded and yet another youth DEAD again. As an aspiring politician, I will not use this article to cast blame on a leader or political body or movement. What I will say though, is that until we ALL repent, the shootings and killings will not stop.

In the book of Ezekiel, God used the priest whose name was Ezekiel to constantly teach and warn the people in his time. In Ezekiel 14:6, he warns the people of Israel to REPENT AND TURN FROM IDOLS. I want to suggest here and now, that we are at such a time again.

Many folks tend to think that an idol is a STATUE that a particular island government leader erects as a symbol of POWER. While that may be so, there are many, many, many different idols. Idols are people or things one puts before GOD and stays fully focused on it or them.

Some 21st century idols are whatsapp, facebook, pornography, gambling, shoes, clothes, smart phones, drugs and the big dollar - MONEY. Too many of us stay overly occupied on pursuing such pieces of vanity and let our personal life and health suffer. We let our children and family suffer. We let our direct and indirect relationships suffer. WHY? Simply because too many of us have become self centered, egotistical, non caring beasts and have kicked GOD out of our lives. How sad!

Kindly forgive my harsh words, but it is true! I am usually hated for telling the truth and I don't expect this blog entry to get many likes. That's fine too. Jesus was hated all his life.

Too many of us DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT OURSELVES anymore. Then we get full of pride and blame the teenagers and youth for reaping havoc and bringing destruction to our world.

While I do not condone any such deviant behaviour from our youth, I honestly believe that if we show more LOVE, CARE and ATTENTION to our children as they grow and to our teenagers as they mature and to our young adults as they seek to find out the right path to take in life, then we would begin to see a CHANGE in every global society.

This will not happen though, if parents and guardians don't seek to develop an early and open relationship with with their children and growing teens. A relationship where both parents, father and mother can talk anything and everything with their child and aim to GUIDE THEM ARIGHT.

You CANNOT try to develop that relationship when your child is twelve or fifteen or seventeen years of age. That relationship must be developed from birth. Can I be plain and frank? Young ladies, children are 20 year projects. If you are not ready for a child, ABSTAIN or use a CONDOM. Don't expect to live a promiscuous life and instantly and immediately become disciplined enough to raise a child, especially when you tell the little boy or man you had sex with that you are PREGNANT and they leave you all alone.

Many times, this is exactly where the CYCLE and CIRCLE of crime and deviant behaviour begins. Children getting pregnant and trying to raise decent and respectable adults. It is very, very, very hard. I must pause here and now though and commend, HIGHLY COMMEND those mothers who did it.

Who or where do many of these boys and girls, born to "child-girls" TURN? They turn to the streets and gangs to raise them and the streets manipulate their young minds, use them and porn them to KILL.

Then, hurting mothers and brothers and sisters whatsapp me at 1-869-661-0118 to make an appointment to print funeral shirts, plan candle light ceremonies and print funeral programs. Although it's part of my KVK business, it grieves my heart to be doing this for so many young men.

Sadly, many of us who can help, by starting small support groups to train and guide and mentor those boys and girls who are in need of SUPPORT and TEACHING and GUIDANCE, brush them all aside as "CHARACTERS" or "GHETTO YOUTH" and continue to live selfish, self centered lives. Then when another murder happens, we call in on the radio and post on social media and blame GOVERNMENTS for crime spiraling out of control when MANY OF US COULD HELP CURB YOUTH from a path of deviant behavior too if we put our hands on deck and work with a SMALL GROUP OF YOUTHS.

In each society and community in every nation on planet earth, every citizen has a role to play to SAVE ITS LAND MASS AND KEEP IT SAFE. None of us is perfect. That is why we all NEED each other to encourage us and brush us up at times and help us get back on the right track when we shift at times. Being selfish and only caring about OURSELVES and OUR FAMILIES alone doesn't do any nation any type of good.

If we say that we are TRULY JESUS FOLLOWERS and a GODLY NATION, we can definitely learn from his example and work to constantly help and impact the lives of others and TEACH THEM THE RIGHT.

In closing, just as Priest Ezekiel warned the Children of Israel, so too I warn us all reading globally. Until we all repent of our selfish, non caring, heartless, egotistical and pride filled attitudes, and work to show LOVE, CARE and ATTENTION to our youths and adults who are HURTING and in need of serious help and hope through support groups, the global shootings and killings will not stop.

Let us ALL consider our ways and help our Prime Ministers and Presidents and Community Leaders around the world all in an effort to SAVE OUR WORLD.
