The Return of My Prodigal Father

For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. ( Luke 15:24 KJV)

Daddy has come home!

From the very onset, permit me to wish my worldwide audience - Happy Easter 2012. Since Good Friday, I've been seeking God on what I should write about at this particular Resurrection Celebration time. He didn't respond until the wee hours of this morning - Saturday 7th. April. God told me to share about my current family situation because it will create a stir and enact change when it is heard and read from this day forth.

You see friend, it's always nice to read about forgiveness in the Bible and also to hear about many of the great stories penned in that God inspired book. What means so much more to me though, is when I live through certain experiences for myself.

There is always much talk about how God died on the cross and forgave us of our sins every Easter. Pulpit ministers and teachers usually use this time to also enforce the importance of forgiveness too. As human beings, forgiveness is usually easy to say but hard to do.

I watched the GOD in my mother operate this Easter Season. I watched her meek, gentle, forgiving spirit allow my father a place in her home again. I actually helped him move his items back into an apartment in my mom's house. Truly, it's the return of The Prodigal Father.

You see friend, my mom had to endure years of marriage pain as my father committed adultery. She had the stressing and trying time of divorcing my father and battling for marital assets for which she prevailed. She had to live in a society where the man she gave her heart to when she was 20 years old, married the woman who helped to wreck our home.

Now, as my father's second wife, is divorcing him, he's prostrate at the feet of his first wife - my mother - begging for mercy. This Easter Weekend, I saw my mom's heart, filled with bowels of compassion, hand an entire apartment in her house, over to my dad for FREE.

I listened quite attentively as she said how she felt about the hurt and the pain over the years, lay certain rules down and then place some hot meals in front of him to eat. She wasn't walking around with her mouth pushed up, or filled with anger. She was still doing what a virtuous woman does. When I woke this morning, she was doing some washing for him already, and it hasn't been 72 hours as yet.

I preach about forgiveness quite often, but to see it before my very eyes, from the woman who has raised me and taught me much about my faith, is truly a living testimony. Honestly, as I type, everything still feels like a cartoon. I've instructed my mom and dad to write their entire story in two separate books so Dare 2 Be Different can publish them. Having done that, I'll take experiences from both of their books, add my persperpective from a child's point of view and then seek funding to have our entire life story produced in a movie in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis to help to save relationships and marriages all across the globe. This is our latest Dare 2 Be Different Project, so some of you locals will get a chance to be in a movie that will go international to help to save marriages.

This Easter, just like my prodigal dad has come home, may I appeal to husbands and wives who are caught up in adultery to ask forgiveness of their partners and go home. Save you marriage, save your family, save your generation. Forgive as Jesus Forgave.

Daddy has asked us forgiveness and we've forgiven him. I know it'll be hard to forget the pain and nothing can compensate for the missed years of an absent father, but just as God forgave, we too have. For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. ( Luke 15:24 KJV)

Boyfriends and girl friends, aim to start and build your relationships on God as our website, http://www.loveshouldlast.com/ says, so that your family doesn't end up like mine. You'll hear full accounts in the future in my mother and father's books and in our Family movie that I'll be sure to direct.

Hope is Ahead.

Thank God for A Mother Like Mine

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.  Proverbs 22:6  KJV

I wish every young person had a mother like mine. A mother like Mrs. Yvette Wallace

While thousands of feet above ground the other day, I scribbled this Hope Devotional about my mother. I write them all over the place. I believe one day, you may probably find one lying around somewhere - cherish it, it may be intended to empower you.

Before flying, there is always much preparation needed to ensure everything is in order. A couple weeks back, while moving around here and there before leaving for the airport, my mother stopped me and said, "make sure you eat." Mothers know their children well. I guess she knew that sometimes I get so caught up, I really forget to eat.

When I sat at the table, she had already brewed me a cup of tea and placed a well prepared sandwich in front of me. I was grateful. My mind then went back through the twenty five years of mommy's care. We never understood some of her rules and oft times we thought they were a bit too much. We are grateful today. Let me run through a few.

* We were always to do what was RIGHT. If we did something wrong, she would sit us down, give us a long talk as to why she was going to spank us, then make us repeat Provebs 22:15, Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.  This was so intimating, but today we're grateful.

* STAY  POSITIVELY  OCCUPIED. After dinner, to teach us to stay positively occupied and be industrious, we were to go and care for the rabbits, dogs, sheep and pigs, do our homework and set for bed around 9pm.

* Look Professional - Stay Humble. We always had to wear our shirts in our pants even if we were dressing casually. She was teaching us to be professional all the time.

I can go on and on and on with dozens of other rules. Many we didn't understand and agree with, but we now are grateful today.

* Take Care of Your Teeth and Body. Mommy wanted to break the generation of Dentures, so she never gave us candy until we were seven or eight years old and brushing our teeth became like breathing. Today, none of her four children have dentures, well at least not yet. (SMILE). If we get, it'll be our fault.

Mommy constantly taught us the importance of saving and not keeping all our eggs in one basket. She carried us to open accounts and started small fixed deposits that she handed all over to us at eigteen years old. She told us that what we do with what she saved for us will help to determine our destiny and we can never say that she didn't give us a start. She taught us about the importance of real estate and we should never let our land grow wild with bushes when it can work for us if we farm it.

We were some rich 18 year olds. She gave us a good start indeed. We always looked forward to turning eighteen as she promised to get us what ever we wanted to start life. At 18, my twin brothers asked for a car each, and she gave them. My younger brother asked for an advanced keyboard and I asked for a US$299 t-shirt printing machine that has brought me to where I am today - http://www.kvkenterprises.com/.

She had it tough, having to train and manage four growing boys herself and struggle with the pain of a home being ruined due to adultery. I always admired her stance. It was a must that we be at church. Thus, we were there for the 11am service. We had to go back for 2:30pm Sunday School and return for 7:30pm church. I guess she had in her mind, that with the absence of a father, the church was to assist in our upbringing.

Today, we are all still actively involved in church work. Time won't permit me to go through everything. I am grateful to have shared this 0.1% of my Mother's Impact on our lives, with you. What ever her four boys do in life, that may not be right, we can never blame MOMMY because she trained us RIGHT - She played her ROLE.

She was firm in being both MOTHER  AND  FATHER. She ensured that we became independent men by teaching us both male and female things. So, yes we can use a sewing machine. Some of us better than some. Yes - we can cook nearly any and everything - so our wives won't be burdened with that. We honestly shouldn't be buying bread and cake and pastries because mommy showed us that too. She prepared us well for our future.

Mommy reminds me of the Virtuous Woman talked about in Proverbs 31:10. She was always doing something outside her regular Teaching Career to make life. Sewing ironing board covers, making sugar cakes, jams, coconut fudges, decorating dolls for clients, teaching one on one reading classes to children and adults. (http://www.alteritskn.com/)

That's simply why I always say, I want to marry a wife with traits like my mother.

I'm happy I'm giving my mom her flowers now, while she's alive because I just don't know when she'll be called home to Glory. You should too. Thank God For A Mother Like Mine.

Parents - Train up a child in the way they should go: and when they are old, they will not depart from it.  Proverbs 22:6  KJV

We've erred as sons, many times. There is one thing we know though, is that we'll never forget the teachings of our mother. They will not depart from us. Even if we would have gone far away from them like the Prodigal Son at times, there is still HOPE for us, there is still HOPE AHEAD because mommy ensured that she planted GOOD  SEEDS  from the moment her four sons were born. Good Seeds usually yield Good Fruit.

These words from our mother's mouth continue to take us throughout life, "Children, try your best to always do right. When you slip and fall, don't stay down. Never give up. Keep on pushing. God will never let down those who trust in him."

Hope is Ahead once we Train Our Children Right!

Lord Please Save Our Marriages

Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. (Hebrews 13:4  KJV)

I've reached a point in my life where I'm a bit scared about getting married.

Our fully dedicated ministry prayer and support line rang (869-465-5914) and I answered. The lady on the other end confirmed that it was me and she was overly joyous. I wondered what was causing such an elaborate outpour of excitement.

We get calls, emails, texts, blackberry and facebook messages from all across the world with people going through different experiences. There is one thing I always reinforce with my team, that is to do what the Bible says in Ro 12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. So I started rejoicing somewhat, until I heard what she said.

Her words, "Brother Khrystus, my husband left the other day. We were married for 30 years you know and he left me. I'm soooo HAPPY and I would NEVER take him back because I had 30 years of HELL." She continued rejoicing.

I felt a bit awkward that I was rejoicing with the lady for what she was rejoicing about when she started rejoicing over the phone. In the back of my head, I said, Lord, Please save our marriages.

You see friend, I'm not married as yet and having to talk with and encourage so many married couples going through varying challenges, it scares me when I think of my future as a wedded man. With the worldwide divorce rate SKY  HIGH, the devil seems to be certainly enjoying this particular job of wrecking homes.

While I recommend doing all you can to save your marriage, I won't spend this time counselling. I prefer to use it wisely and guide other singles as they consider making that step. I gladly welcome your questions and responses for I know they are many.

Friend, always remember, what starts wrong in a relationship would NEVER end right. Many times you see the bad characteristics in your male or female partner and you still get married with high hopes things will change. From my dozens of marriage talks, things seldom change after marriage. Don't expect to marry an unsaved man or woman and then get angry when they don't want to come to church regularly.

. . . and the list goes on.

If he's lying now, he'll lie tomorrow. If she likes to flirt with men now while she's with you, and you always feel uncomfortable, what makes you think she'll change? While I do believe in privacy in a relationship, I also believe in couples being open too. So, if he / she get's edgy when you take up his/her Blackberry or Iphone, it's probably true that your other half is not being faithful. Yes, he/she may be having an intimate conversation or even be sharing different types of pictures.

I am a very firm believer that although technology is good, it contributes highly to the breakdown of many modern relationships (another topic by itself).

Singles, I believe once we follow God's word and aim to build our relationships on God and put our future in His hands, things have NO  CHOICE  but to work out. Dare 2 Be Different Int'l (SKN & KENYA) continues to place much emphasis on building LOVE and relationships that LAST. We always recommend to our international following to keep visiting and revisiting our simple GUIDE  WEBPAGE at http://www.loveshouldlast.com/

I know that I can't go through life being fearful about love and relationships or I'll end up single. Something I don't really want.

So, Honestly, deep down inside, I always dream about how I plan to live my life to ensure that I save my marriage when God gives the O.K for that special someone.

I write and stay fully occupied in ministry NOW because I know when "The Mrs. Wallace" probably comes by, I'll have to spend alot of time with her cuddling, loving, providing, giving her attention and keeping her happy 24-7. I know that it would be a crime to forget to go and cheer on Khrystus Jr. when he enters the Spelling B Competition or plays soccer in the Little League.

I know when I'm seated by my computer, just as I am now, and my wife comes and gives me an intimate kiss, I would have to leave everything else undone and. . . .

I know no matter how tired I am after a long night, I'll have to rise early to ensure that I keep family devotions and give my wife and kids a spirit filled send off every day.

I know, that although my middle names are "Work and Ideas," I'll have to make time to show up at my wife's office for no apparent reason just to give her a hug and some flowers and tell her I love her. I'll also have to make time to talk with my teenage daughter so that she knows for sure that her dad has her covered and she knows that if she is disrespected by some out of order gentleman, daddy is just a call away.

Saving my marriage would be saving a home, hence saving a generation.

I long to be The Father that I wish I had when I was a little boy. Marriage is honourable in all  - Hebrews 13:4a. It was ordained by God to last. Once we build our relationships on God and work at making them last, God will surely Save Our Marriages. Look and See!

Hope is Ahead for Marriages and Relationships built on God!

Final Boarding Call

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5  KJV)

As I sat at  the airport in St. Kitts today, I heard one of the airlines paging a Mitchum and Eddy as a final boarding call to catch the Liat dash 8 service to Antigua with onward connections.

The agent was reminding them that that was their last chance - last opportunity to board that flight to their destination.

What a privilege! A few years ago, I learnt of a man who said, if I knew where I was to die, I'd never go there. I agreed with him too. Nice thinking I thought. Then, I smiled and commented, since I don't know where I'd die and when I'd die, I'll just ensure that I'm always ready to meet my maker - Jesus Christ.

Friend, death doesn't give final boarding calls like airline agents. The death angel won't say paging Wallace or Greene or Harris or Esdaille or Ward or . . .

It will just pass and take us. Just like that. In the twinkling of an eye.

If the gunshot or stabwound victim knew when and how they would die, I'm pretty sure they would have accepted Jesus Christ before they died. I really don't know if I'd make it to my destination today via the aircraft, but there's one thing I know for sure, is that if I die, I'm going to heaven. Where are you going?

The book of Luke says. I tell ye nay, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

This message was Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device from _________ to all my Dare to Be Different Team members just incase. (we really don't like to talk about death, but the fact and reality is that one day. . .)

It Will All Start With A Dream

And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. (Genesis 37:9  KJV)

Friend - Dream! Keep on Dreaming! Never Stop Dreaming! It will all start with a Dream!

I like going through the reports I receive from the companies that help us spread our HOPE messages around the world. Yes, we see who are the first to open our emails. We see if you forward them on to a friend. We see when your friend opens them. We see when you click on a website. We see which countries visit http://www.hopeisahead.com/ daily, weekly and monthly and how the readership is growing every second. We see if you read from your Blackberries, Iphones, Ipads, etc. We see if you use browsers such as Google Chrome or Firefox or Internet Explorer. The power of technology.

Quite recently, I visited a number of search engines on the internet and came to realize that Dare 2 Be Different International now seems to be in control of three words all across the globe. Those three words are HOPE  IS  AHEAD.

Check and see. Type HOPE  IS  AHEAD  in google.com or msn.com or bing.com or lycos.com and many others. See whose messages and videos and ministry websites show up in the top spots.

Dare 2 Be Different International! WOOOOOOOOW!!!!

Do you know what that means? We are reaching every corner of the globe with our Hope Messages. We are getting the message of HOPE and SALVATION out from little St.Kitts - Nevis.

Every person or ministry that we've ever mentioned on any of our websites, instantly gets international exposure to our thousands of daily readers. It all started with a DREAM in June 2008  to  EVANGELIZE  TO  THE  WORLD  using the technology available. Look at what the Lord has been doing.

The dream lives on. One day, St. Kitts will witness the landing of The Dare 2 Be Different International Missionary Jet on The Robert Llewlyn Bradshaw International Airport. Thousands will come out to see the historic landing of a plane owned by a Gospel Ministry founded in St. Kitts-Nevis, that will take our team all across the world for FREE and we won't pay a cent to acquire it.

It all starts with a dream. If I start telling you of our dozens of documented plans in our Mission and Vision Statement, this devotional will never end. The road may be rocky now for us as team members, but what we know for sure though, is that it won't be rocky all the time. One day soon, you'll be seeing Dare 2 Be Different Buses traveling all across St. Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, Antigua, Montserrat, USA, UK, Kenya doing missions, teaching skills, providing counselling and free medical care along with spreading the message of Hope and Salvation with an energy and enthusiasm that can only come from God.

Probably by then, I'll be part of the Medical Team - Dr. Khrystus Wallace, Emergency Surgeon.

It will all start with a Dream. Before Joseph actually witnessed others bowing down to him as he had dreamed, he had to go through the rough waters first. What is exciting to note though, is that his dreams did become reality. So too will yours. But, you must have a dream.

Know for sure friend, that people will HATE you just for having a dream and wanting to reach somewhere in life. If even Joseph's Brothers - BROTHERS I say, hated him for dreaming, expect nothing less from some of those you THINK are close to you.

DREAM  BIG  STILL!

In closing friend, be very careful with how you treat people in life now, you just never know where they will end up in the future. Pastors, Leaders, CEOs, Managers, Supervisors, never overlook the 2 cents in the corner. That two cents may be the very two cents that has a dream that can lead dozens to their destiny.

Joseph's brothers had a deep regret for how they treated him. I'm sure other ministries and leaders and pastors continue to remained stunned at how God is doing wonders through a little 5 member ministry that they """"propehesied"""" would never last.

Never Give Up On Your Dream - Hope is Always Ahead - Things Always Change!

You Can Rise Above The Turmoil

And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (2 Chronicles 20:20  KJV)

I did come from a broken family. Please don't be surprised.

I definitely know that some of my readers know, but the other 99% of my worldwide readers are just finding out today. I share many of my life experiences to show you that I'm just as human as you are, and I go through very similar struggles that you do too.

I plan to write on as many experiences as I can, as long as I have breath and life. Thus, when I have a good or bad experience, I immediately start documenting it to either help and encourage or warn. Trust me, at 25 years - I've been there.

When Brother Bob Holbert of the Northside Baptist Church visited St. Kitts on a missionary trip to conduct Vacation Bible School with his team, little did he know that God sent him all the way from North Carolina to lead me to Christ some fifteen years ago. God strategically selected him to teach my class - 9 to 11 year old boys.

At ten years old then, I knew I needed some sort of intervention or I would go crazy. My outer smile and involvement in church activities, school competitions and other extracurricular activites always seemed to shroud my inner pain.

Where was this pain coming from? You probably ask. It came from the fact that I was a second to last child growing up, with three other brothers, in a home that the devil was wrecking. I won't go into detail here, but someday in the future, you'll head to the theatre somewhere in your country to watch my life story Part I and II, on the big screen under the heading, "You Can Rise Above The Turmoil," as soon as I finish the script. I actually want to direct this movie myself, because no film producer would be able to let actors play their part as close to the real happening than one who LIVED the pain.

Please forgive me. It's just too much to say here. As I type, it brings back memories and it still hurts.

When Brother Bob told his class of a New Hope in Jesus Christ and encouraged us to let Christ become our father, I was one among a handful of other boys to give JESUS a try.

This is the first time I'm ever saying this, even to Brother Bob who still keeps in contact some 15 years after.
But. . . . If Jesus Didn't work, I would have resorted to my first plan of running away and . . . . . . .

It wasn't fun that my morning alarm clock would be LOUD daily arguments. It wasn't fun listening to my mom being called the most dispicable names anyone on the face of the earth could have been called. It wasn't fun. . .  .(ooops I'm going too far now)

But. . . JESUS did make the difference! An immediate difference. We were taught never to tell anyone about what was going on. So, I always held it in. I never told my Sunday School Teacher. I never told my Pastor. I never told the School Counselor.

I had to find someway to encourage myself and stay SANE in the process. I had to find someway to still shine in my school work. I wanted to make myself and my Mother, Yvette Wallace, who was also responsible for fathering me, VERY PROUD.

Thus, I held on to as many powerful and motivational Bible verses as I could. I believed firmly in what II Chronicles 20:20 said, "Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld."

So. . . I made Bible reading something as key and important as bathing my skin. I didn't just read, but I wrote a summary on what each passage of scripture that I read, meant to me. I then went on a quest to read the entire Bible, of course not in a year, but read it and write a summary on everything that I read. One day, if you ever get to stop by my home, I can gladly show you. It'll make you smile.

I guess you're saying that I was one weird boring boy. That's O.K to think - doesn't bother me at all. Today, I'm grateful that I did spend so much time there. (I'm not perfect though, God is still doing alot of work on me)

I do believe because of my FAITH in God, he has helped me every step of the way. He has helped me leap over hurdles and climb over mountains and count my blessings.

Amidst the turmoil of a family in ruins and going through a divorce, God allowed me to become President of a Kids Club at fifteen years old. Amidst the family turmoil, I represented The Dr. William Connor Primary School and The Verchilds High School in numerous competitions and always placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Amidst the pain and the wishes that life would settle down for us, I was the youngest lead speaker and debater to ever enter a High School Debating competition in 2nd Form and beat debaters double my size from The Basseterre High School.

To make matters worst, after heading to 1A1 then 2A1 then 3A1 then 4A1, I was demoted to 5A2. What an encouragement to face my final  high school exams. I don't believe teachers really knew what I was going through at HOME.

But God knew. . . Yes he did and he wanted to make my TEST a TESTIMONY that no one could ever take from me and one that I could use FOR  AS  LONG  AS  I  LIVE.

When CXC  EXAMINATION results came back, I was selected VALEDICTORIAN since I brought back the results, making history across the Federation of St. Kitts - Nevis, because you really don't find Valedictorians coming from A2s.

Friend -You Can Rise Above The Turmoil! You can make it over the hurdle! You will get through that storm! Things will work out for you! Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (2 Chronicles 20:20  KJV)

Hope is Ahead!

In closing, Mommy - Daddy - Guardian. If your child/ward were to have a chat with me today and ask me to share their life story at HOME here. Would you be proud?

My dad has lived to apologize to us all for the pain and hurt that his actions as a Father has caused. I have lived to hear him warn us "NOT  TO  EVER  FALL  OUT  OF THE  WILL  OF  GOD." Friend, I forgave him years and years and years ago, even before he apologized.

One thing that is definitely hard to erase though, are the scars that have been left on our hearts. I think the more you read these devotionals, the more you get to understand why I must listen and help our YOUTH, simply because I understand them. Simply because I know their struggles. The more you read, the more you understand why I remain an advocate for children rights and a firm believer in building relationships on God - http://www.loveshouldlast.com/

It's 12:35am (21/3/2012), I can't get to sleep as my mind keeps going back down memory lane. Don't let your children endure this pain!

Someone You Can Call Your Own

And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.  (Romans 8:17   KJV)

Until God gives me the final O.K, I can humbly say that I'm FREE, SINGLE and DISENGAGED!

Dating is always a topic of contention down in many of the Caribbean Isles. That's why, in this regard, I tend to like the American Society. Dating is encouraged there.

Many times, in the Caribbean, from my view,  if a gentleman or young lady dates several persons, they get called names by those looking on. THAT'S  BAD!  How can you expect people to meet a proper life partner if they don't search? You can't find the best interest rates or clothes prices or restaurant delicacies if you don't look - RIGHT?

It is my personal belief that our Caribbean Society tends to push and connect you with a male or female counterpart after they see you together more than once. This should not be the case. Dare 2 Be Different Int'l (SKN & KENYA - http://www.daretobedifferentkenya.com/), encourages youths to date and get to know before settling down. We also encourage persons to be guided by our Love Should Last website at http://www.loveshouldlast.com/

I personally believe that many of today's marriages are not lasting, because couples only start dating and getting to know their partner when they have already tied the knot. Hence the constant hurt and pain. I'm sure for some married or divorced person reading this devotional, you are probably asking, "where were you guys before I got married?" - RIGHT?

Never let anyone force a partner on you. I remember a few years back, I had a good friend who has migrated now. I would visit her periodically. No thoughts or talks of love were there as yet. One day, while her mother was passing back and forth, she said to me, "Wallace, don't worry man, a have her for you, she can't go anywhere else. Just tell me when you ready." I wasn't thinking Love at all, I didn't know what the future held, but I was completely turned off.

Young people, don't be forced on to a partner by Society. DATE, get to know without caressing and sex, then pray to God for his approval. Once he gives the OK, you can take it step by step to courtship, engagement then marriage.

Remember - Dating Isn't Sex. You don't want to feel worthless when you finally end up with the right male or female and know that you had sex with each of the fifteen people you dated previously. I'm pretty sure this isn't a good piece of burden to carry, especially if you know that your new husband or wife is just an amateur, and saved themself for the right one.

Now. . . some exciting information

I had a wonderful face to face date the other day. It wasn't via the telephone or facebook or blackberry messenger, or through lovenote pebbles at an event. Face to Face is always my preference. I get to see the emotions, the energy, the expressions and examine whether it's true love or total infatuation.

I'm always skeptical about dating using the technology because I can't see the person. How do I know they are truly on the other end responding, or if they are being helped by some good Love Doctor who is telling them to say the things I may want to hear. You have to be sooooo careful people. Be Wise As Serpents. . . . (Matthew 10:16 KJV)

Anyway. . . .

The pretty christian was shy, yet down to earth. We spoke for a while. Quite a while. She was upfront and told me her stance on certain things. Honestly, she kept me smiling all night and kept my heart racing with joy. I liked her. While doing my chores a little later the same evening, she sent me a BlackBerry message and this is what it said.

"I really wanna settle down and try and be happy with someone. Just know that I will be here, just not forever. I'm just looking for someone to call my own."

She did a real good job with her words. I liked that. (Settle down! Settle down Readers! I'm sure this was one entry that you wished had a picture attached. Smile)

I won't go on here. . . one day, if it's God's will that I get married, you may hear the continuation of this Love Story if I find time to pen it on http://www.hopeisahead.com/ , the night of my Wedding if my wife gives me any time to sit by the laptop in our hotel room in Hawaii or France or Las Vegas or maybe, just maybe in a Luxury Suite on a Ship.

On a more serious note friend, there is always a constant search to find someone we can call our own. Throughout the search, many persons are hurt in the process. May I tell you too, that Jesus has already taken home his ninety-nine sheep and he is slowly and patiently searching for you TO  CALL YOU  HIS  OWN.

He wants your name to be written in the lambs book of life and He wants to be sure that you are HIS CHILD, and if a CHILD then an heir. And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.  (Romans 8:17   KJV)

As my female friend longs for us to settle down so we can belong to each other, Jesus longs for you to STOP, examine your life and the path that you're trodding and see if you won't have a better life when you give it all over to HIM and allow JESUS  TO  CALL  YOU   HIS  OWN.

Make the step. Get Saved. Ensure that you live in the NEW  HOPE  THAT  LIES  AHEAD!
