God's Will Be Done

James 4:15 Instead you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that."

We must never forget our absolute dependence on GOD!

We now seem to be living in a generation where folks think that they can control the outcome of everything. They live and scheme and be deceptive to try and get ahead thinking that they CONTROL  OUTCOMES. How foolhardy!

No lawyer. No politician. No Judge can take the authoritative place of GOD. They can give earthly ideas, suggestions and make decisions, but as Children of God, we are protected and covered daily by our heavenly father.

The more than anointed James, a servant of God, while writing to the twelve tribes scattered abroad warned them of the importance of recognizing their complete dependence on God all the time. He stressed the importance of recognizing that life and SUCCESS are subject to His divine will.

With this reminder, we must all remember to make our plans with full dependence on GOD in mind. We must remember carefully the importance of saying, IF  THE LORD  WILL. This is the proper thing because, again, WE  ARE  WHOLLY DEPENDENT  ON  HIM for life, success and decisions in our FAVOUR.

Barnes, in a commentary says, "In a thousand ways he can thwart our best-laid schemes, for all things are under his control. We need not travel far in life to see how completely all that we have is in the hands of God, or to learn how easily he can frustrate us if he pleases. There is nothing on which the success of our plans depends over which we have absolute control; there is nothing, therefore, on which we can base the assurance of success but his FAVOUR."

Let's remember to stay humble and let our prayer be always, "God's Will Be Done!"

God Forgives And Forgets

Jeremiah 31:34 "No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."

God forgives and forgets.

On planet earth, man has a tendency to claim to forgive, but loves to bring back up something at their convenience to make another individual feel bad and small. God is not like that though! He's loving, caring and FORGIVING.

We see it among children and youth daily. They love to remind each other of their mistakes and laugh after the one at fault. They love to tell everyone what another child did wrong, but never what a child did right. I get it all the time at Dare 2 Be Different International over the years. After each of our meetings, I open the floor for them to let out and tell me anything they want to tell me publicly or privately or ask any questions. Too many times, many of them only want to say what another did bad at school so everyone could laugh at them. We try to cut out that type of behavior at our ministry very early. Sadly, it is what they LIVE  AT  HOME. It's what many youth see their parents and relatives do. LAUGH  AT  PEOPLE  WHEN  THEY  MAKE  A  MISTAKE  AND  NEVER  COMMEND  THEM  WHEN  THEY  DO  GOOD  OR  ACHIEVE. Am I wrong?

How sad!

God was introducing a NEW  COVENANT for the Children of Israel in the latter part of the Bible book of Jeremiah. He promised that each of them will get a chance to personally know Him for themselves and ALL THEIR  SINS  WOULD  BE  FORGIVEN  AND  FORGOTTEN. Just imagine that! WOW!!!

This same God who forgave and forgot sins thousands of years ago, patiently waits to forgive and forget your sins - our sins - ALL  OF  THEM once we ask. Why not turn your life over to Him today and let Him make the transforming difference and give you the peace that you've been longing for all your life.

The HOTTER The Battle - The Sweeter The VICTORY

Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us. (Psalm 44:5  KJV)

As a child of God, when ever you feel like you're in the HOTTEST part of you're life's trials, rest assured that VICTORY  FOR  YOU is just around the corner!

It’s OK – EVERYONE will turn their backs on you! Just like JOB, friends will talk about you and call you down. Family will even do and say some SHOCKING things. Remember they sold Joseph as a slave. All of this just makes the battle HOTTER, so a SWEETER  VICTORY  CAN  COME.

The young man couldn't take it anymore. The pressures of life seemed to be taking a toll on him. His face told it all. He couldn't get to concentrate in school. His parents were constantly on his case about choosing a wrong career. He was having relationship problems and was running low on money.

“What’s Next Brother Khrystus? – What’s Next?”

I knew he was a Christian so that made my response quick and EASY! I said, “The only thing left is a VERY  SWEET  VICTORY! 

JUST  ENDURE  FOR  LITTLE  LONGER  AND  WAIT  FOR  IT  TO  COME  RUSHING  IN!”

He looked up and smiled! “I hope so Brother K, I really HOPE so.” I had no doubts in my mind. I prayed an empowerment-motivational prayer with him and he left smiling. I sat, relaxed a bit in my chair and commented, “Lord – I’m waiting too for my SWEET  VICTORY  AND  DELIVERANCE  TOO.”

I try not to worry myself too much about life’s happenings. I get concerned, but NEVER stress to the point of WORRY anymore. I believe that’s a SIN that many Christians are committing. That sin too, is sending up people’s pressure and killing them out faster. Ask your DOCTOR if STRESS isn't a SWIFT  KILLER?

We all make mistakes and make wrong decisions in our lives. ALL  OF  US.

DO  NOT  LET  ANYONE  MAKE  YOU  FEEL  LIKE  THEY  ARE  PERFECT! While they may know about your mistake, you probably don’t know about theirs, but someone else does. As a child of God, all we have to do is to PRAY and STAY TRUSTING AND WAITING for  GOD  TO  DELIVER.  Psalm 44:5  shows us that GOD  will DELIVER  BIG  TIME. Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us.

He has HELPED many times in the Old and New Testament. He has also helped many people, many times in this 21st century.  God has delivered YOU many times before. What makes you feel like he WON’T deliver you again!

Let them TALK  NOW! Do Not Bow Down in the Fire – Face it Head On! Like The Hebrew Boys, God is right in there with you and HE  WILL  HELP!

The Hotter the Battle – The Sweeter The Victory!

You are NOT  WORST  THAN  ANYONE  ELSE! Hope is Ahead for YOU!!!!
