At Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com, I teach the leaders of our global branches that are opening around the world, the importance of GIVING and HELPING and looking for NOTHING in return.

I teach them that GIVING doesn't necessarily have to be MONEY or TANGIBLE things, but sometimes all some people need a little of, is a LISTENING  EAR so that they can LET  OUT THEIR  BURDENS to someone in CONFIDENCE. Sometimes others just need $2.50 to catch a bus home or would like a little bit of your lunch you cooked and brought from home or just bought at the restaurant because they are not in a position to help themselves, but are too ashamed to say so to YOU.

I also teach my following that doing little things for others can make a very, very, very, very big impact. Examples:

1. Helping someone who is struggling with their shopping bags up the very same hill that you are walking since you are empty handed.

2. Writing a note of love, encouragement or a scripture on a small piece of paper and handing it to a co-worker or fellow student.

3. Buying a chocolate and taking some time out to take it to the workplace of the pretty girl or handsome gentleman that you have a crush on, but are too afraid to tell her or him. You can send signs in simple ways.

4. Simply saying good morning, good afternoon or good night, or please, may I, thank you, excuse me ALSO  HELPS  TOO.

I can go on and on and on and on, but I'll stop here. I do believe that you get my point. All of us like a little LOVE, CARE and ATTENTION. Whether we're young or old. ALL  OF  US  LIKE LOVE,  CARE  AND  ATTENTION. What you give, is what you get. That is one of the laws of life. GIVE  LOVE   AND  YOU'LL  GET  LOVE. GIVE  CARE  AND  YOU'LL  GET  CARE - all the time.

In the scripture under review today, The Apostle Paul is extremely, extremely grateful that the people of the Church at Philipi had remembered him while he was out doing MISSIONS. Philippians 4:10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.

Notice what happens with The Apostle when he gets some LOVE and CARE. He immediately becomes overly excited and he takes up his pen and paper to write to the church.

I believe he must have felt quite overwhelmed. Why? Simply because in that same letter, he told the Church at Philipi that ALL  OTHERS  FORGOT  HIM. Philippians 4:15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

Nobody likes to feel like a REJECT. Nobody likes to be forgotten. Not even the Apostle Paul who was a WARRIOR -  A  STRONG  MAN - A  GIANT  FOR  CHRIST.

Are you rejecting your husband, your wife, your girl friend, your boy friend, that friend you have a crush on, that best friend, that co-worker, that fellow church member over SOME  FOOLISH  SIMPLE  DISAGREEMENT?

Be the bigger one today. Apologize. Restore that relationship. Show Some Love And Care Today!

Dreams and Visions Do Come To Pass! Don't Stop Dreaming!

Daniel 8:2 And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.

Dreams and visions do come to pass! Don't stop dreaming!

Many of us tend to take dreams and visions lightly. We should never do that! Dreams and visions do come to pass. As a little boy, I always dreamed of owning several businesses that did a variety of things all around the world and being a travelling preacher and book writer. If you ask my mother, I was always a bit different to my other three brothers. I kept myself busy reading and reading and reading and trying to INVENT something or solve some type of problem. When I wasn't doing that, I would take a Bible or Testament and go to the bottom of my mother's bed while she was laying down, read a scripture and then start preaching and preaching and preaching.

I respect and love my mother a lot. Unlike my brothers who would just laugh and brush me aside at times, she never laughed, she would just lay on her bed and shout "AMEN" at times as she listened intently. She never let me know what was going through her head. Today, I'm an ordained preacher, and my sermons and devotionals reach the world and are translated into over 50 different languages. For example, the top 10 countries that read the devotional that I wrote yesterday are The United States of America, St. Kitts and Nevis, Portugal, Singapore, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark and Russia.

Today, at age 29, I own KVK ENTERPRISES - www.kvklives.com, a t-shirt printing business that I started at age 13 while attending The Verchilds High School. At age 21 on 1st June, 2008, I founded Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com and got ordained by Bishop Dr. Lazarus Rose out of New York - USA, through Faith Tabernacle Ministries on Sunday, 26th June, 2009. At age 26, I started The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis' 1st Godly Youth Political Party, The Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com and ALL  ORGANIZATIONS are successfully running despite their ups and downs at times. THEY  ARE   ALL  ALIVE  AND  DOING  WELL - WELL - WELL.

I've shared a little bit of my personal story to encourage you not to ever stop dreaming.

Throughout the book of Daniel 8, we see the Prophet Daniel having a vision. I love what he did. He documented his dreams and visions so that even thousands of years after, we can still read what God allowed him to see. Daniel 8:2 And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.

Many of the Biblical prophets did the very same thing. They wrote their visions down and saw their dreams and visions come to pass. May I encourage you global friend, not to take your dreams and visions lightly. Especially those that give you a picture of a FUTURE  OF  SUCCESS. As with Daniel and Isaiah and the many other great men and women of God, always quickly grab a pen and paper and write them down and keep them in a safe place. Be sure to re-read and pray over them and WORK  TOWARDS  FULFILLING  YOUR  DREAMS  AND  VISIONS given to you by GOD.

If you ask many of the current successes in our world today, everything that made them millions or billions ALL  STARTED  WITH  A  SINGLE  DREAM.

Sometimes friend, our SUCCESS would only come when we follow through on the dreams and visions that God has given to us and stop being JEALOUS of others and wishing that was us.

SUCCESS is definitely ahead for you once you follow through on the dreams and visions God continues to give to you.

Make a move! Do something! Stop procrastinating! You can do it!

Beware of Dogs - Beware of False Teachers! Beware of Gossipers!

There are many pastors, evangelists, bishops, prophets and preachers, some who carry big titles such as DR. etc etc etc, who are leading people locally, regionally and internationally and do not know their Bible! 

Their main mission is to keep their following mentally enslaved and loyal to them, for personal and financial ambitions and NOTHING ELSE. People hate me for preaching the truth. Preaching thus saith the Lord. That's OK! They hated JESUS too. They persecuted and then killed him for PREACHING  THE TRUTH! They continue to persecute me too. The world knows that very well.

John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

This certainly isn't new. It was the very same thing happening in Phillipi when the Apostle Paul used very strong words to the people when he wrote. He spoke in Philippians 3:2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.

During that time when the Apostle Paul wrote, there were many, many false teachers who adulterated and corrupted the doctrine of Christ, for their own personal grandeur and I assume financial benefit too. They also found very creative ways to justify THE  WRONG they were doing just as many preachers of today.

The Apostle Paul, a fearless Christ Warrior immediately spoke out about it.

It happened back then and it is happening again today. While I am never against gospel ministries finding very creative ways to raise income to carry on the work of God, I am always fully against GOSPEL  PREACHERS manipulating and making their following feel, that if THEY  DO  NOT  GIVE  AND   PLANT  A LITTLE  OR  BIG SEED into their ministry, that they are less than OTHERS who do and that they are going to HELL!

LUDICROUS!

I am strongly against churches who give members and their children STATUS and ABILITY to serve and go on the stage by HOW  MUCH  MONEY  THEY  GIVE. That isn't BIBLICAL  AT  ALL!

Luke 21:3 And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all: 4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

Our Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com philosophy that we teach to those partners who are establishing our branches around the world is simply this. DO  THE  WORK  OF  GOD  AND  HELP  OTHERS, LOOKING  FOR  NOTHING  IN RETURN  AND  GOD  WILL  ALWAYS   END  UP  SUPPORTING  THE MINISTRY  AND  BLESSING  THE  MISSIONARY  IN  EXTRAORDINARY WAYS.

This devotional is certainly not a theology class, so I certainly won't delve too much more deeper into the scripture under review today. What I will do though is ask you this as I close. Is your spiritual leader a DOG? A False Teacher? A Gossiper? Reading scriptures to his / her congregation as a SHAM, but merely seeking after MONEY more than teaching BIBLICAL  TRUTHS and empowering his or her FLOCK?

Sometimes our blessings and deliverances in our personal, family and business lives are not forth coming because we are APART  OF  THE  WRONG  SPIRITUAL  GROUP and not obeying the Apostle Paul's admonition to us. Philippians 3:2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.

As we seek after SPIRITUALITY, a direct and personal experience with GOD and not with RELIGION and its strict laws and man made rules, let us all aim to check the spirits of our leaders and preachers.

No preacher is PERFECT and we all have different and creative leadership strategies and techniques to reach the people that God wants us to reach. Some methods are orthodox and like me, many of my ministry's methods are UNORTHODOX - outside the norm - and cause folks to call me C-R-A-Z-Y, but they work! Our ministry reaches those that need to be reached MOST and we've been impacting hundreds of lives since we started on 1st June, 2008.

False prophets appear as REAL  PREACHERS  too. BEWARE! We must remember that there are MANY, MANY, MANY false prophets on the loose. You can only recognize them and discern them if you are in  SPIRITUAL and PERSONAL relationship with GOD and not with religion.

1st John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

STAY  BLESSED! Hope is definitely ahead!

What You Sow Is What You'll Reap Inspired By Rev. Dr. Ronald Taylor

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. (Galatians 6:9 KJV)

“Be careful what you sow because you’ll get a harvest of your seed!” Those were some of the power packed words that were uttered by Pastor Ronald Taylor of Faith Tabernacle Church – Basseterre – St. Kitts.

The first time I heard this fine preacher preach,  he commanded my attention and was successful in injecting a HOPE  WORD into my spirit. It was at the Calvary Baptist Tabernacle, St. Pauls, St. Kitts years ago. I was a little boy then attending a Youth Retreat organized by the three sister Baptist Churches on the island.

Interestingly enough, I had the privilege of hearing him again just yesterday. I like his style of preaching. He mixed Words of Hope with Words of Warning. Dare 2 Be Different International makes no reserves in highly recommending him to our worldwide readership and network of ministries to preach at revivals or crusades around the world.

 He was BOLD. He wasn’t fearful in declaring thus saith the Lord. He was funny and exiting too. He was short and didn’t stray from his title. We all got the WORD.

“In a special period of time, you will receive what is yours!” he declared from the pulpit.

 While Pastor Taylor got his listeners excited about the HOPE that was ready for them ahead in their season, he constantly and boldly cautioned them to “LIVE  RIGHT and DO  GOOD!”

It would be impossible to try and tell you all that the Man of God shared in one devotional. I actually got twenty eight different inspirational topics to write about some time in the future from his single sermon.

Permit me though, to shed some light on a few key pointers.

As Pastor Taylor proposed that our due season was here and we ought to reap, he cautioned his listeners to look out for what they were about to reap. Why? “Only what you sow, you can reap.” He said.

He warned against persons who were constantly sowing ‘badness,’ and were expecting good results. The Pastor encouraged persons to sow good seeds of  RIGHT  LIVING and ministry that honours God in order to reap the gifts of success and prosperity that God had in store.

He reminded his listeners that God doesn’t wear pajamas and he is looking at everything we are doing. Everything we are sowing. He encouraged those who were doing GOOD and working for the kingdom to continue. Pastor Taylor also beckoned those who were relaxing while work was there to do, to get busy and not be weary in doing good.

Through his use of properly defined words from the Miriam Webster’s Dictionary and quotations from great stalwarts, I could see that he had studied well before he took the microphone. I am a very, very harsh critic and tend to look at EVERYTHING.

Pastor Taylor spoke of a famous quotation used by Sir Winston Churchill as he cautioned his listeners to not get weary as the Apostle Paul recommended in Galatians 6:9.

He quoted Churchill as saying, “Never, never, never, never give up.” So too did Pastor Taylor challenge his listeners to continue to fight the good fight of faith and sow GOOD seeds if they wanted to reap a GOOD  HARVEST.

Friend – What kind of seeds are you sowing? If you look forward to a great HOPE and a great FUTURE, sow GOOD  SEEDS, DO  GOOD and get your rewards and blessings.

Sow bad seeds of corruption and you’ll get a harvest of trouble. Pastor Taylor reminded us, and may I remind you, that since God is a merciful God, he always gives us time to REPENT and Say Sorry for any bad seeds we’ve sown. Shall we – together – REPENT?

You have your chance. Repent now and ever cling to the Hope that lies Ahead!
