If you want to reach far in life and come out a conqueror out of every one of life's trials and tribulations, it is imperative that you keep praying, positive and supportive friends. Sadly, we live in a world now, where too many people are negative in the mind and mentally enslaved to a belief that things will never get better as they look at world problems and economies.
Throughout my life, and I now teach my global Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com following, that if one is to be successful in life, one must cut off ALL RELATIONSHIPS and TALKS that fill one's subconscious will a negative - I can't do it thinking. Breaking away from such associations with people and with groups may be very, very, very hard, but IT WILL BE WORTH IT.
It makes no sense at all to be apart of a group that spends more time gossiping, pulling down and negative, rather than building up and promoting. You will not reach very far personally. REMEMBER, IT ALL BOILS DOWN TO YOU!
If you are to come out triumphantly out of every one of life's storms, YOU MUST FIND AND KEEP PRAYING, POSITIVE AND SUPPORTIVE FRIENDS. Friends come with different talents and different gifts to help you along life's journey. Some can pray. Some know their Bible very well. Some are very good at encouraging. Some are very good at just sitting quiet with you and not saying a word. Some can cook. Some are gifted at just showing up surprisingly to bring a smile on your face. Some have money. Some are very bright. Some have great ideas and we can go on and on and on.

There are some people who are PARASITES on your life and you need to be upfront and tell them just how you feel and move on. Tough love. Yes some people will respect you greater when you show them tough love and be totally honest about how you feel about them instead of LIVING A LIE AND HAVING THEM AS A SO CALLED FRIEND. They have NO RESPECT for you when you let them be PARASITES. Trust me. I've learned from EXPERIENCE.
The Apostle James in writing to the twelve tribes scattered abroad, reinforced the importance of having praying and positive friends. Friends with whom you can talk to in CONFIDENCE, although they are so hard to find in this 21st century. PRAYER BRINGS FAVOURABLE RESULTS. Always remember that God always gives one out of three answers. YES - NO or WAIT. What ever answer he gives is always intended to bring out the BEST in us although some answers HURT at the moment.
Praying, positive, encouraging and supportive friends are the BEST TYPE OF FRIENDS.When you find them, be sure to do all in your power to maintain a proper and respectful relationship with them. If it's a friend of the opposite sex, avoid introducing SEX into that relationship, because SEX CHANGES GOOD FRIENDSHIPS.
